对于神州数码提出的“数字城市”战略，业内不少人士担忧会与IBM的“智慧地球”撞衫，但神州数码董事局主席兼CEO郭为却表示得十分坦然。
“IBM的智慧城市，我觉得可以向他们学习,Laguna Beach Women Jeans。他们是基于西方市场的，我们是基于中国的实际情况，最好是基于中西结合，实在不行瞅客户喜欢中医还是喜欢西医了，我们可以PK一下。”郭为说。
